90 Day Limited Warranty
We have been in business for 25 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service and customer-business relationship that is built on fairness and respect.

Davidson Used Auto Parts Warranties ALL USED PARTS for 90 days from Date of Purchase UNLESS otherwise noted. Special ordered engines and transmissions are warrantied by their suppliers.

1. If a mechanical part proves to be defective within the 90 day warranty period, at the seller's discretion, they will either replace the part within a reasonable amount of time or issue a refund.
2. Warranty is VOID if part is altered, disassembled, or overheated (heat tabs melted or removed). Labor is NOT warrantied.
3. All body parts are sold "AS IS."
4. A used engine is a sound investment. While we sell our engines complete, or customer is only paying for the block assembly with heads. We leave the other parts attached for your convenience and to make installation easier. Unless specifically stated, these additional parts are NOT covered in our warranty.
5. Warrantor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to labor, installation, removal, or use of merchandise.
6. The obligation of the warrantor is limited to replacement or refund only. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use are limited to the same days as the limited written warranty.
7. No warranty or reimbursement on labor.
8. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment.
9. Parts damaged or altered by the customer are not warrantied.
10. No claim can be made on body parts, colors, or trim packages.
11. Overheating voids all warranties.
12. Seller is not responsible for the buyer's error.
13. If there is an issue with your part, contact Davidson Used Auto Parts prior to removing the part or attempting any repair to the part. Failure to obtain any authorization to repair will void warranty.
14. Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS/FedEx and freight shipments. Shipping is beyond the seller's control.

Engine Warranty

1. Used engines are guaranteed not to have a cracked block, head(s), or a bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (i.e. carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not warrantied. These occasionally, but not always, are left on the engine for installer's convenience ONLY.
2. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
3. Used engines are guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption for 90 days from date of sale.
4. It is required that the buyer replace the main seal, timing belt, thermostat, and inspect gaskets prior to installation.
5. Warranty will be void if not installed by a licensed mechanic shop or technician.

Transmission Warranty

1. Improper fluid levels, failure to install new filter (A.T. only), broken fuel pump, or improper installation voids all warranties.
2. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
3. It is required that the buyer replace the front seal prior to installation.
4. All transmissions come with a 90 day warranty from date of sale.
5. Oil cooler and transmission lines must be flushed.
6. Warranty will be void if not installed by a licensed mechanic shop or technician.
